The giftcard is valid for three years from the date of issue.
All gift card purchases come with a 14-day cancellation guarantee.

Please Send a mail to [email protected]stating the gift card’s serial number and your name. Afterwards we will make a refund (excluding any payment fees) to the payment card used for the purchase. Once the cancellation guarantee of 14 days expires, the gift card can no longer be exchanged to cash. Any potential left over amount following payment with a giftcard, will be transferred to a new gift card and can not be returned in cash.

You can pay with Dankort/VisaDankort, eDankort, Mastercard, Mastercard-Debet, Visa, Visa-Electron and American Express. Your credit card company’s transaction fee will be added to the final amount. There is no payment fee when using Dankort, but a transaction fee of DKK 1,39 will be added regardless of the type of card you use.
